Anytime before your next quarter renews. There's no contract and no cancellation fee — you keep the sessions you've already paid for through the end of the current quarter.

It banks for later. You can bank one session per month, up to a maximum of two banked at any time, so a quiet month or two never goes to waste.

Use your time however you see fit — two visits in a busy month is fine. Anything past your included time is billed at your locked-in $99/hour rate.

Your choice, every time. Some months a screen share is all you need; others it's easier if I come to you. In-person sessions still carry a 1-hour minimum.

Quick questions by email or text between visits — the "is this email a scam?" and "which button do I press?" kind. Anything that turns into real hands-on work becomes a session.

Extra time is billed at $99/hour, the locked-in plan rate, for as long as you're subscribed.
